About the Role:
Join Pool Scouts of Pensacola as a Pool Maintenance Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' pools sparkling clean and safe. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safety and clarity.
- Inspect pool equipment and report any repairs or replacements needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers regarding their pool status.
- Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance techniques a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Certification in pool maintenance is a plus.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
